"Welcome changes -
they are windows for growth, development, and new opportunities"
Your life is a colorful tapestry of a multitude of places, people, actions, habits, desires, plans, and feelings. It is like a jigsaw puzzle with a myriad pieces, some shiny and bright, while others could use some cleaning.
When a change comes along, often we resist it. We are habitual beings and don't like anything that messes up our status quo.
Yet, any change can be seen as an opportunity for positive development. It is the time to take out those dull jigsaw pieces of your life and replace them with more shiny ones.
In yoga, we call it Pratipaksha Bhavana, or substituting any negative thoughts or situations with positive thoughts or experiences.
When a change comes along, is there a silver lining? Can you turn a time of transition into personal improvement?
If you have to leave your work, perhaps a better opportunity awaits. If you have to move out of your house, perhaps you could move somewhere that makes you feel more in touch with nature, community, and your Inner Self? If you have to let go of something, or someone, perhaps you could let go of worries, too.
