Casa Maya Kaan is a private retreat nestled in the Biosphere Reserve of Sian Ka’an UNESCO World Heritage Site near Tulum. A spectacular, pristine private white-sand beach on its doorstep with access to one of the Reserve’s most beautiful lagoons. CONNECT with nature. ENLIGHTEN the mind and body.

My family and I have been fascinated with the spirituality and strength of Mayan culture, their sacred cenotes, diverse wildlife, small neighborhood vibes, and vibrant wellness community in Tulum. I’m thrilled to have created a connection with Casa Maya Kaan to share this with others, combining the cultural and spiritual richness of Tulum and my passion for guiding people in the teachings of yoga. 

Includes: 5-Day Lodging, Three Meals Per Day, Airport Transfer, Morning Yoga Classes and Yoga Program (see below), All Tours and Activities (see below).

Getting There: 

It's best to fly to Cancun International Airport (most US airlines fly direct).

From San Diego, it's cheapest to fly domestically on Viva Airlines from Tijuana Airport.

Meals

Our group has a private chef and a catering service. With respect to the yogic lifestyle, most meals will be vegetarian with locally caught fish as the only non-vegetarian option.  There is no alcohol or smoking on the property.

Yoga Program

Open to ALL Levels of yoga practice. 

In addition to Morning Yoga (1 Hour), our 5-day yoga program is focused on Joint Mobility, Pranayama training and Yoga Vedanta philosophy. 

Approved by Yoga Alliance for 12 Hrs of Continued Education for Yoga Teachers.

We will have 2 to 3 hours each day either 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM or 4:30 - 6:30 PM depending on our tour schedule and other activities.

Many of our wonderful tour/activity operators are part of a Mayan Community cooperative so tour/activity fees often go directly into supporting the community.
