I've just returned from this yoga retreat in paradise. The name is no joke, my daily practice included overlooking the ocean while flocks of tropical birds flew past. Each night I was sung to sleep by a chorus of peaceful ocean sounds and jungle noises. Pete, my yoga instructor and "tour guide" went out of his way to ensure my happiness. Pete's knowledge of yoga and willingness to share created hours of conversation. I highly recommend this retreat to everyone!
