How YL Coaching Works
1. Fill out the form to the right;
2. I'll be in touch with you within 24 hours to discuss your health and lifestyle goals, and how we can work together.
3. Schedule a 30-minute or a 60-minute session at a convenient time/place.
Typical Questions during our initial session:
a. Looking at the 10 Categories of Yogic Lifestyle - which area do you feel needs the most improvement? Which area draws your attention the most?
b. What is your current practice of positive attitude?
c. How do you currently deal with stress? Is there a stress relief practice? What is your mental peace practice?
d. Is there fulfillment in your work that brings life meaning and the ability to make a positive impact on others?
e. What breathing/meditation/yoga asana/cleansing practices have you tried and are currently practicing if any?
4. I'll recommend 2-5 practices based on our discussion to move your life forward in a positive way and reflect a Yogic Lifestyle.
5. We'll set up a tracking and accountability journal, and check in once or twice a week via email if needed.
6. Follow up sessions may be recommended after a period of sustained practice.
